Who can apply

• Artists, arts workers and organisations working professionally in the arts in Flanders
• Organisations based in the Dutch-language area or bilingual Brussels
• Arts workers apply with at least one professional artist active in Flanders
• Projects limited in time and goal, lasting up to three years

How to apply

1. Read the KIOSK guide and FAQ, then apply in the KIOSK web app
2. Upload the required project plan and figures annex
3. Submit by 15 September or 15 March (15 May in 2027); a committee advises
4. The minister decides by 15 January or 15 July
5. Report via KIOSK within two months of the project end
