- Ontario-based label, publisher, management company, promoter or festival
- Head office in Ontario and eligible to pay Ontario corporate income tax
- An international market development strategy; artist travel is not eligible
How to apply
- First-time applicants contact the Ontario Music Office at least two weeks before the deadline
- Register on the Ontario Creates application portal
- Upload two years of financial statements, the activity budget template and the applicant affidavit
- Answer the business questions in the portal and submit before the deadline
