- Read the Momentum guidance and the general PRS Foundation FAQ, and check the deadlines page
- Apply in the online portal yourself or through your manager, label or other representative
- Submit by 6pm on one of the four yearly deadlines, with a realistic budget
- An expert panel decides within 8 weeks of the deadline
